- Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

- Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including:

- Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance.

- Personalized Items: Customized clothing or items with personal modifications.

- Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, undergarments such as underwear and swimwear are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refund Methods
